Product Design Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Product Design Engineer who builds product-first thinking into every experience. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our digital products from early discovery and user research, through interactive prototypes, to final UI and implementation. As a core member of the product team, you'll partner with product managers and developers to deliver outstanding user experiences that solve real user problems and scale with business growth.

You'll help craft the vision, drive design decisions, and influence product direction with a strong focus on both UX and UI quality.

Roles and responsibilitie

• sLead the end-to-end product design process: research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs
• .Define product design strategy, user flows, information architecture, and interaction models
• .Translate complex problems into intuitive, user-centred solutions
• .Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure design intent is maintained through implementation
• .Contribute to and evolve our design system, pattern library, and UX standards
• .Validate designs through usability testing and data-informed iteration
• .Communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• s.Expertise in UX/UI principles, interaction design, information architecture, and prototypin
• g.Experience working on digital products end-to-end — from research to deliver
• y.Excellent collaboration skills with developers, product managers, and stakeholder
• s.Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisio
