Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Product Demonstrator & Coordinator who possesses excellent communication and convincing skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for demonstrating our products to clients, coordinating with new and existing customers, and supporting basic technical activities including manual testing of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Demonstration & Presentation
- Conduct clear, engaging, and professional product demonstrations for clients (online/offline).
- Explain product features, benefits, and use cases in English and Kannada.
- Handle client queries confidently and provide correct product information.
2. Client Coordination & Communication
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with clients regarding demos, feedback, onboarding, and support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Assist in pitching products to potential clients to drive sales and conversions.
3. Convincing & Customer Handling
- Demonstrate strong persuasion skills to convert leads into active customers.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products/solutions.
- Address objections and help clients make informed decisions.
4. Technical Skills & Application Testing
- Perform basic manual testing of applications (UI/UX checks, functionality, bug reporting).
- Coordinate with the technical team regarding identified issues.
- Ensure product demos are technically accurate and updated as per latest versions.
- Provide user-level technical guidance to clients during onboarding.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain demo schedules, client updates, and follow-up reports.
- Prepare feedback reports and share insights with management.
- Document testing findings, client issues, and product improvement suggestions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory).
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and public-speaking abilities.
- Basic understanding of software/mobile application functionality.
- Hands-on experience or understanding of manual testing.
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Proactive, confident, and customer-service oriented attitude.
- Any degree (technical background preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred:
- Experience in product demos, sales coordination, customer support, or training.
- Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or IT products.
