ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Demo Specialist, you will be the face of Nexxio to prospective clients at a critical stage of the sales journey. You'll step in once a lead has been qualified at a high level by our SDR team, and your job is to bring the product to life running crisp, interactive demos that speak directly to each client's business context, address their specific challenges, and clearly demonstrate the value Nexxio can deliver. This role sits at the intersection of product knowledge, sales acumen, and client empathy, and is central to converting qualified interest into commercial traction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct crisp, engaging, and interactive product demonstrations for SDR-qualified prospects across EmployeeConnect, DealerConnect, and PartnerConnect.
- Understand each client's business model, RTM structure, and pain points before the demo, and tailor the walkthrough to reflect their specific use case rather than a generic script.
- Translate client challenges (field force visibility, dealer engagement, channel credit risk, partner onboarding, etc.) into clear before-and-after value narratives using the platform.
- Handle in-demo and follow-up questions on product functionality, configurability, and technical customization with confidence and accuracy.
- Field client queries on system integrations (ERP, CRM, HRMS), data migration, and other technical touchpoints — looping in Product/Tech teams where deeper scoping is needed.
- Partner closely with SDRs to understand qualification notes and context ahead of each demo, ensuring continuity in the client conversation.
- Capture and relay client feedback, objections, and feature requests to the Product team to inform the roadmap.
- Maintain and continuously refine demo scripts, sandbox environments, and use-case-specific demo flows as the product evolves.
- Track demo outcomes and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales/account management team with clear notes for a smooth transition.
- Stay current on Nexxio's product roadmap, releases, and competitive landscape to keep demos sharp and relevant.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of experience in product demos, solutions consulting, pre-sales, or a customer-facing SaaS role (B2B SaaS strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of, or the ability to quickly develop deep expertise in, the Nexxio platform and its underlying RTM/distribution business context.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences from business owners to IT teams.
- Sharp listening and diagnostic skills; able to quickly identify a client's real challenge and adapt the demo on the fly.
- Comfort discussing technical topics such as product customization, configuration, and system integrations without needing an engineer in the room for every question.
- A consultative, value-first approach to client conversations rather than a feature-dump style of presenting.
- Strong ownership and follow-through, coordinating smoothly with SDRs, Sales, and Product/Tech teams.
- Prior exposure to FMCG/non-FMCG distribution, channel sales, or enterprise SaaS demos is a strong plus.
