Location: Remote (India) | US Shift (EST/PST)

Swades AI is India's first dedicated AI R&D Lab. We build, launch, and scale AI-driven SaaS products across industries like sales, healthcare, legal, and logistics. Our active portfolio includes:

  • OpenMic.ai: Next-gen Voice AI platform for automated communication

  • LegalClerk.ai: AI automation for legal workflows and research

We are looking for a Product Demo & Customer Success Specialist to own the prospect-to-customer journey from first demo to ongoing success.

About the Role:

This is not a traditional sales or support role. You'll conduct demos for inbound prospects, onboard new customers, and ensure they get value from the product. You'll listen more than you talk, understand before you explain, and build trust through clarity not pressure.

You will work directly with the Core team and bring market feedback to shape our product roadmap.

What You Will Do:

-> Demo & Discovery

  • Conduct discovery and demo calls with inbound prospects and trial signups
  • Understand prospect needs through active listening and thoughtful questioning
  • Tailor product demonstrations based on each prospect's use case and pain points
  • Execute follow-ups (Email, LinkedIn, Calls) to drive activation and retention

-> Customer Success

  • Onboard new customers and ensure successful product adoption
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues before they escalate

-> Operations & Feedback

  • Manage CRM workflows and ensure data hygiene
  • Bring market feedback to our R&D team to help shape future product development
  • Document common questions, objections, and use cases to improve our process

Who You Are:

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills (US client-facing role)
  • Listener: You ask questions before you answer; you understand before you pitch
  • High Learning Agility: You absorb complex product information quickly
  • Organized: Comfortable managing multiple conversations without dropping balls
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with modern sales/CS stacks (CRM, LinkedIn, Loom) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
  • Resilient: Comfortable working US hours (Night Shift) and handling ambiguity
  • Experience: 03 years in Customer Success, Support, Sales, or Growth (SaaS/Tech preferred). High-potential freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
