Role Overview

We are hiring an execution-focused lead to own product and engineering delivery across frontend, backend, and QA teams.

This role leads a high-functioning 10+ member engineering team through structured sprint execution, release predictability, and delivery discipline.

You will work directly with the founders to translate strategic direction into structured execution plans and actively track roadmap progress end-to-end.

This role manages the product delivery and serves as the primary execution bridge between engineering, founders and business team.

This role owns product delivery, roadmap execution, and engineering reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product roadmap tracking to ensure clear ownership and timely execution.
• Translate strategic product direction into clear execution roadmaps.
• Break initiatives into structured execution plans and sprint-level tasks (in collaboration with AI-assisted workflows).
• Triage and prioritize inbound client change requests alongside the roadmap, ensuring structured intake and clear delivery timelines.
• Own sprint planning, reviews, and delivery cadence.
• Lead frontend, backend, and QA (direct reporting).
• Drive delivery predictability and release discipline.
• Own quality benchmarks at QA and engineering execution level — not just delivery timelines but release standards.
• Systematically convert sales and customer feedback into structured product initiatives.
• Improve engineering velocity using AI-native workflows.
• Join enterprise customer conversations where deeper product clarity is required.

What We're Looking For:

• 5–10 years total experience.
• Experience leading 7–15 member engineering teams.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS product delivery.
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality releases in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Strong grasp of Agile principles and execution discipline.
• Structured, outcome-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable in driving clarity across teams.
• Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools in engineering workflows.

What This Role Is Not:

• Not a coding-heavy IC role.
• Not a pure HR people manager.
• Not a market-research-first PM.

This role owns product delivery, roadmap execution, and engineering reliability.
