As a Product Delivery Manager, you'll coordinate complex projects, foster collaboration, and drive business priorities. As a Product Delivery Manager in Fulfillment and Archive Services, you drive the execution and delivery of large, complex projects from intake to Go Live. You coordinate with senior management, business controls, technology, and operations to ensure projects meet objectives, quality standards, and timelines. You play a critical role in optimizing delivery processes, managing risks, and supporting the product vision and strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the execution and delivery process for large and complex projects: including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, business readiness, testing, and Go Live.
  • Develop, manage, and communicate comprehensive program plans, executive summaries, project status reports, meeting notes, risks, issues, and decisions. Maintain excellent data integrity within project management tools and repositories (JIRA, Confluence, Teams).
  • Ensure the project deliverables meet the objective and quality standards and are completed according to expectations.
  • Adhere to all product and project management controls throughout the program's duration.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners.
  • Navigatechallenges,removing roadblocks, andmaking decisions to keep the project on track.
  • Lead completion of change management activities across functional partners, ensuring adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with Scrum of Scrums, Product Owners, and Tech Leads across multiple product areas to maintain awareness of current activities and book of work management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships at all levels and understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Evaluate and improve product delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and facilitate lessons learned sessions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 8+ years of Project Manager experience (in banking or financial services) & with overall experience of 12+ years.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of delivery processes and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, deployment processes, and strategies.
  • Experience in working in a matrixed organization strong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to the culture and values of JPMorgan Chase.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to plan, organize, and manage resources and tasks.
  • Excellent analytical skills: ability to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written) to all levels of management.
  • Experience working with Agile and hybrid methodologies.
  • Proficient with Project Management Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Teams.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Master's Degree, PMP Certification, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) desired.
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of features being delivered.
  • Excellent adaptability to pivot strategies and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Experience with regulatory, compliance, and risk management in banking.
