About the Role
We're hiring a Product Delivery Lead to ensure smooth, high-quality execution of mobile and web products for US-based consumers. You'll work closely with the Product Lead and client teams to translate requirements into actionable plans, coordinate across engineering, QA,and design, and manage releases end-to-end. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who thrives on bringing clarity to complexity, driving sprint execution, and maintaining alignment across distributed teams.Your focus is delivery excellence, communication, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Delivery
- Translate product requirements into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog that's ready for development.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Track delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Team Coordination
- Serve as the liaison between product (client), design, engineering, and QA teams.
- Coordinate with QA to integrate functional and non-functional requirements into test plans.
- Manage app configuration setup and maintenance (feature flags, environment variables, remote configs).
Release Management
- Oversee the end-to-end release process, including versioning, app store submissions, and release notes.
- Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria during sprint reviews and ensure feedback loops are closed before release.
Stakeholder Communication
- Provide clear, proactive updates on status, risks, and next steps to internal and client stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery alignment with client priorities and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with client and engineering leadership to resolve requirement clarity or backlog issues.
What We're Looking For
- 815 years in product delivery, project management, or functional product roles.
- Experience delivering B2C mobile and web applications for global or US-based markets.
- Strong understanding of product behavior, user flows, and edge cases.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in distributed setups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Miro.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with US-market consumer apps or startups.
- Background in product agencies or hybrid product-service environments.
- Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO) or equivalent PM training.
