Job Description

Contribute to improving product delivery outcomes by supporting execution, managing dependencies, and enhancing operational efficiency across product issue management workflows.

As a Product Delivery Associate †Product Issue Management within Commercial & Investment Bank's Payments Platforms, you will support the execution and optimization of product delivery processes, with a focus on issue management and release coordination. You will help manage dependencies, track delivery progress, and ensure alignment across stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end endpoint rejects processes, including tracking, reporting, and coordination across stakeholders
  • Support release management activities, ensuring alignment of timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Monitor delivery progress, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate change management activities across functional partners, ensuring adherence to risk, controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support delivery execution and improve operational efficiency
  • Track and report key metrics related to issue management, rejects, and delivery outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of efficiency initiatives
  • Contribute to effective documentation and communication of processes, issues, and resolutions

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product delivery, operations, issue management, or a related domain
  • Strong understanding of delivery processes and continuous improvement practices
  • Experience supporting release management and deployment processes
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to articulate complex issues and solutions clearly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability, with ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Ability to coordinate across stakeholders in a matrix environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Knowledge of Merchant Services and payments domain
  • Familiarity with product development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices
  • Experience in payments, issue management, or a related domain preferred
  • Understanding of payment fees, billing, or reconciliation processes
  • Basic proficiency in SQL familiarity with tools such as Stratus or Python is a plus
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
