Job Summary
NetApp is seeking a Product Data Management Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing and governing Oracle Cloud Fusion Product Data Management processes. This position focuses on improving workflow efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting scalable system configurations. Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud Product Management and Quality modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and data governance standards.
- Manage and optimize PLM workflows, including Change Orders, Change Requests, and Deviations, to reduce cycle time and improve throughput.
- Design and maintain reports, KPIs, and dashboards within Oracle Cloud to provide operational visibility and actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and standardization of product and change management data.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities, including rule-based workflows, integrations, and bots, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Explore and support AI-driven capabilities such as summarization, anomaly detection, and workflow recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT, to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.
- Investigate system errors, incidents, and process issues to drive immediate resolution; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive changes to improve long-term reliability.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM/PLM.
- Proficiency in workflow configuration, reporting, dashboards, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience with AI-driven tools and capabilities is a plus but not required.
