Job Description: We seek a passionate and creative Product Curation and Design Intern to join our team. This position requires a keen eye for market trends, strong research skills, and a collaborative spirit to help elevate our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand and Product Curation: Assist in curating and designing exclusive collaboration and co-branded products that resonate with our brand's ethos.
- Product & Collection Design: Actively participate in designing products and collections that will be launched in the market, contributing creative ideas and ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer preferences.
- Trend & Design Forecasting: Stay ahead of industry trends in the tableware sector, providing insights and forecasts to guide our product selections.
- Consumer Analysis: Identify and analyze consumer buying patterns to inform product development and curation strategies.
- Visual Mood Boards: Develop visual mood boards to present potential brands for onboarding, showcasing their design aesthetic and potential fit with Lagavi.
- Event Coordination: Identify and coordinate potential exhibitions, collaborations, and pop-up events to promote Lagavi's curated collections.
- Product Catalogues: Curate product catalogues and collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually compelling marketing materials.
- Product Styling: Assist the team in styling products for photography, ensuring a cohesive and attractive visual presentation.
- Research & Development: Research pottery, glassware, and related ceramics materials to support social media campaigns and product development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product design, curation, brand collaboration, or a related role within the tableware or home decor industry.
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour in the tableware sector.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to identify and analyze industry trends and opportunities.
- Creative mindset with a strong visual aesthetic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for tableware, ceramics, and design.
