Product Consultant

We are seeking a Product Consultant to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a background in the BPO industry. This role is a great opportunity for an individual with solid communication skills to provide support and guidance on our products to an international clientele.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service through a voice process.
• Act as a Product Consultant, guiding customers on product features and solutions.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure a positive customer experience on all interactions.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a voice process or BPO environment.
• Skills: Expertise in customer service, BPO, and voice processes.
• Age: Maximum age of 32 years.
• Joining: We are looking for immediate joiners.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA.
