Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Product Configurator for our ISG team with 5 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FileTrail Records Management and a background in Research and Development is a plus. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement product configurations that meet client requirements.
- Utilize FileTrail Records Management to ensure efficient and accurate product data management.
- Analyze client needs and translate them into detailed product specifications.
- Develop and maintain configuration models to streamline product customization processes.
- Ensure product configurations align with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients regarding product configurations.
- Conduct regular audits of product configurations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Work closely with the Research and Development team to integrate new features into existing product configurations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product configuration strategies.
- Document configuration processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
- Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for team members.
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities to ensure configurations meet quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product configuration efficiency.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of FileTrail Records Management and its application in product configuration.
- Demonstrate experience in Research and Development enhancing product innovation.
- Exhibit excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and develop effective configurations.
- Show proficiency in technical documentation and process management.
- Display strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
