ABOUT THE ROLE
You will own the market-facing side of our Data & AI business — how our data and agentic AI solutions are positioned, packaged, priced, channelled and adopted across markets and verticals. Product development and engineering own the build; you own positioning, packaging, pricing, channel strategy, customer journey, partner enablement and market expansion. You own the what and the why; they own the how.
The commercial opportunity ahead is significantly larger than what we have captured. This role owns that gap.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Commercial Strategy & Positioning
- Build the 12–18 month commercialization plan for our data and AI product suite across target markets.
- Make high-leverage commercial decisions — where we go deep, where we partner, where we say no.
- Set and defend quarterly commercial OKRs with the leadership team.
Data + Agentic AI Portfolio Commercialization
- Own how we package, price and position the integration platform — agentic AI workflows, application integration, enterprise document management, customer data platform and parallel core.
- Build commercial offerings for target segments — BFSI, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing and enterprise IT operations.
- Drive the GTM motion — positioning, sales enablement, partner enablement and end-to-end customer journey.
Outcome & Vertical Commercialization
- Lead the outcome-priced commercial model and defend it in customer deal reviews and briefings.
- Design vertical-specific commercial offers — healthcare denial recovery, supply chain trade workflows, real estate / RERA / title escrow, public sector — each with its own pricing, positioning and reference architecture.
- Lead anchor co-build engagement in select industries with outcome-share contracts
Customer & Market Engagement
- Be the senior product voice with enterprise customers — QBRs, joint roadmaps, CDO/CTO-level conversations.
- Represent DataNimbus at data and AI industry forums, partner events and relevant analyst engagements.
- Translate market intelligence — competitive moves, enterprise buying patterns, emerging use cases — into commercial strategy.
Market Expansion
- Set the strategy for expanding into new verticals and geographies.
- Partner with BD and sales to land and expand channel partnerships — system integrators, cloud partners, Databricks ecosystem.
- Own where do we go next — market sizing, competitive analysis, build / partner / buy decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with product development to influence roadmap based on market and customer requirements.
- Partner with sales, BD, marketing and the Databricks partner team to drive enterprise growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 8+ years in product commercialization, product marketing, product management or GTM strategy at a data, AI or enterprise software company.
- MBA from Premium B school
- Track record of building or scaling commercial offerings in B2B enterprise software — you have shipped commercial outcomes that drove measurable revenue.
- Deep operating history with data integration, ETL, analytics or AI/ML platform products.
- Direct exposure to one or more of: enterprise BFSI or healthcare data teams, system integrators, ERP/P2P ecosystems.
- Domain depth in data platform commercialization — pricing models, packaging tiers, partner and reseller programs.
- Strong customer-facing skills — you have led CDO and CTO-level conversations and influenced enterprise purchase decisions.
- Builder mindset — hands-on, ships work without waiting for a team, comfortable in high-ownership environments.
