About the role:
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to work at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise SaaS platforms. You will work closely with product leaders, engineers, and business teams to help build and scale industry leading communication and automation platforms used by enterprises across industries such as BFSI, retail, education, healthcare, and e-commerce. This role provides exposure to the entire product lifecycle from problem discovery and requirement definition to implementation, analytics, and continuous product improvement.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Product Execution: Assist in defining PRDs, user stories, and functional specs for new features.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Design, and QA to manage sprint execution and smooth feature delivery.
- Conversational AI: Support the development of automation solutions across WhatsApp, RCS, Web, and Mobile apps.
- Workflow Design: Design and test conversational journeys and automation workflows on the platform.
- Market Insights: Work with Pre-sales and Customer Success teams to translate client needs into product capabilities.
What you'd have:
- 0–2 years of experience in product or analytical roles.
- Strong interest in AI and automation technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business and engineering.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to handle requirement gathering and feature prioritization.
