As a Senior Product Associate in Global Payment's Collaboration and Communication Product, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. The product is responsible for engineering, developing, and supporting enterprise‑wide solutions that enable effective collaboration and communication across a global workforce of more than 300,000 employees, as well as with our clients worldwide. These platforms are critical to driving productivity, enabling secure operations, and supporting the firm's core business functions.

As a member of this team, you will be expected to apply deep product and technical expertise across the full software development lifecycle, working in agile product teams and partnering closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. Job responsibilities
  • Partners with Product Managers to identify new product opportunities through user research, discovery, and market insights
  • Deeply understands and advocates for customer needs to shape product vision, features, and experience
  • Conducts and supports user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap
  • Considers upstream and downstream impacts of features to ensure a cohesive end-to-end product experience
  • Defines and owns product requirements, epics, and user stories maintains a prioritized backlog aligned to strategic goals
  • Maintains a clear product vision while continuously prioritizing the backlog to maximize customer and business value
  • Collaborates closely with Engineering to balance business priorities, technical enablement, and operational needs
  • Guides the product lifecycle from planning to execution and future evolution, adapting methodologies and managing risks
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and deliver value.
  • Prioritizes the product backlog &, maintain a vision for the product
  • Helps with overall product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks.
  • Measure product KPIs and success measures by understanding the target outcomes and tracking our progress against targets.
  • Working collaboratively with Engineering teams to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business delivery, technology enablement and operations work
  • Advocating for, and deeply understanding, the needs of the product's customers
  • Works closely with users and key stakeholders to drive adoption and transform business workflows
  • Conducts market research and tracks industry developments understands implications to product vision and strategy
