Job Description

Join our collaborative environment, where you'll contribute to our strategy and make an impact on product success. Grow your skills, participate in product planning, and define user workflows while working alongside experienced product managers. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and promote innovation in customer experiences.

As a Product Associate in Talent Acquisition Product, you play a crucial role in product development and contribute to the discovery and delivery of solutions that address customer needs. As part of the Talent Acquisition Product team, you will work with cross-functional partners to move from problem to prototype to launch, driving execution and delivery through clear requirements, hands-on involvement, and thoughtful use of AI as a daily enabler for product work.

This role is for a hands-on problem solver who uses AI to accelerate core PM workflows such as research synthesis, writing, analysis, and prototyping, while remaining accountable for correctness, clarity, and customer outcomes. You will also build foundational fluency in how AI-enabled products work so you can collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and data partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify customer and business problems worth solving by supporting lean, AI-augmented discovery, including synthesizing research inputs, mapping workflows, and helping draft clear problem statements.
  • Use AI tools daily to draft and refine requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision artifacts, improving clarity and speed while maintaining strong judgment and accountability.
  • Contribute to rapid prototyping and experimentation, creating lightweight artifacts such as mock flows, copy variants, and testable concepts, and helping translate learnings into iteration proposals.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate product performance metrics to support prioritization and delivery decisions, including basic funnel, adoption, time, cost, and quality signals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and other partners to drive execution and delivery of product initiatives, taking hands-on ownership of day-to-day coordination to ensure timely, high-quality launches.
  • Build foundational fluency in AI-enabled product concepts such as LLM application basics, prompting, RAG concepts, evaluation basics, and agent or tool-calling patterns, and flag responsible AI considerations such as bias, fairness, transparency, privacy, and appropriate human oversight.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management.
  • Solid understanding of and hands-on experience across the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, delivery, and iteration.
  • Familiarity with rapid prototyping approaches and tools, including no-code or low-code tools.
  • Foundational data literacy, including comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and simple analyses to inform product decisions.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and initiative in using AI tools to improve day-to-day work, including writing, synthesis, analysis, and prototyping.
  • Builder mindset and comfort learning by doing, including rapid iteration, lightweight prototyping, and supporting experiments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to connect work to user and business outcomes.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Exposure to AI or ML concepts, including LLMs, RAG, prompting, evaluation concepts, and agent or tool-calling patterns.
  • Experience using AI tools for PM workflows such as research synthesis, spec drafting, data exploration, and prototyping support.
  • Awareness of responsible AI practices, including bias, fairness, transparency, privacy, and appropriate human oversight.
