Job Role - Product Associate

Location - Pune

What The Work Is Like

Nobody will hand you a finished spec. You'll get a customer with a problem, a rough idea of what good looks like, and

people who will help if you ask. You talk to the customer, work out what is actually wrong, decide what to build, get it

built (with engineers, or with AI tools yourself), and check that it worked. Then you do the next one.

You'll own one area of the product and the customers who use it. We decide which area together, once you've joined,

based on what you're good at.

You'll do well here if

• You've started something nobody asked you to: a project, a small business, an event, a fix at work, an app
• When instructions are unclear, you make a sensible assumption, say it out loud, and get moving
• You'd rather ship something that works on Friday than something perfect next month
• You go and ask the person with the problem instead of guessing
• You pick up new things quickly, whether that's a new industry, a codebase or a customer's business
  
  

You probably won't enjoy it if

• You do your best work when the task is fully defined before you start
• You want a large team and a fixed process around you
  
  

What We Don't Require


A particular degree or college, a product title, or years of experience. Some of our best people came from customer

support, operations or a family business.

How To Apply

We don't start with your CV. The application form asks for:

• A link to something you built, ran or fixed that nobody asked you to. Any form counts: an app, a spreadsheet,
  
  

an event, a process, a video.

• What was broken, what you did, and what happened. At most 100 words, with at least one real name, number
  
  

or date.

• One time nobody told you what to do. What did you do in the first hour At most 100 words.
• When you can start, and a link to your CV or LinkedIn.
  
  

Applications without a link, or with answers over 100 words, are not read. The limits are part of the test.

What happens next: a 30-minute written exercise, a 20-minute call, a take-home (AI tools allowed) and a conversation about

it, then a final conversation with our CEO.
