Job Description

Join the Chase Auto Servicing and Collections Product team and drive solutions that optimize product delivery for internal and external customers. Collaborate to create efficient, branded, and compliant communications using modern web and database tools.

As a Product Delivery Associate in the Chase Auto Servicing and Collections Product team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to internal and external customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and format customer letters/notices using HTML and CSS, ensuring consistent branding, correct layout, and print/PDF-friendly rendering.
  • Implement dynamic letter logic with JavaScript (conditional sections, variable substitution, formatting of dates/currency, and client-side validation of required fields).
  • Design and maintain letter templates with reusable components (headers, footers, disclaimers, tables) and support multiple versions/variants based on product or scenario.
  • Use MS Access to store and manage letter data: build/maintain tables, relationships, and queries to support letter content inputs and reference data (e.g., codes, statuses, categories).
  • Create Access forms and reports to capture letter requests, review data, and generate audit-friendly outputs for business/compliance review.
  • Extract, validate, and reconcile data from Access queries to ensure letters populate correct customer/account details and handle missing/invalid data appropriately.
  • Test and troubleshoot end-to-end letter generation (template issues, data mapping errors, formatting defects), document fixes, and coordinate updates for UAT/production releases.

Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Bring 5+ years of experience developing user-facing content/templates using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with MS Access, including tables, relationships, and queries.
  • Produce print/PDF-friendly layouts and handle cross-browser rendering differences.
  • Apply data privacy practices when working with customer/PII data.
  • Build and maintain template-driven documents with consistent structure and disclosures.
  • Troubleshoot end-to-end issues across template, styling, JavaScript logic, and Access data.

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Exhibit strong skills in HTML semantic markup, accessibility, forms, tables, and reusable patterns.
  • Apply advanced CSS for layout, typography, responsive design, and print styles.
  • Demonstrate JavaScript proficiency in DOM manipulation, event handling, validation, and modular code.
  • Create and maintain MS Access schemas and write efficient queries for content data.
  • Document technical changes, support testing/UAT, and manage template versions.
  • Leverage quality and process skills, including attention to detail, testing discipline, and version control.
  • Communicate effectively with strong written skills and collaborate to optimize delivery processes.
