About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Product Assembly & Testing Engineer to work on assembling and validating our electronic systems.
This role involves PCB assembly, circuit testing, soldering, and wiring, ensuring that every product leaving our floor is reliable and production-ready. If you enjoy building electronics from scratch, debugging circuits, and working closely with hardware — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble PCBs, electronic circuits, and wiring harnesses
- Perform soldering (through-hole and basic SMD) and component-level assembly
- Test and validate circuits, boards, and sub-systems
- Identify, debug, and fix faults in PCBs and electrical systems
- Use tools like multimeter, power supplies, oscilloscopes (if applicable) for testing
- Support prototype builds and product iterations
- Ensure quality checks and consistency in assembled products
- Maintain basic documentation of builds, issues, and fixes
- Work closely with the engineering team to improve designs for manufacturability
Requirements
- Strong understanding of:
- Basic electronics and circuits
- PCB components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, etc.)
- Wiring and connections
- Hands-on experience with:
- Soldering, crimping, and basic assembly tools
- Multimeter and basic testing equipment
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot circuits
- Attention to detail and patience for assembly work
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced hardware environment
Good to Have (Bonus)
- Background in Electronics / Electrical (Diploma, ITI, or Degree)
- Experience working with PCB assembly, prototyping, or electronics labs
- Exposure to Arduino, embedded systems, or microcontrollers
- Familiarity with schematics and PCB design files
- Prior experience in product assembly or hardware testing roles
