Product Architect - AI Business Architect

You will be part of the Digital Transformation Office which is responsible for RPA AI initiatives across Finance. Your role will focus exclusively on AI for Finance, targeting key business value drivers. These include accelerating growth and improving customer retention through enhanced cross/up-sell strategies, and boosting speed-to-value in demand and revenue forecasting for better business insights. You will also work on growing productivity by reshaping enterprise functions, optimizing pricing strategies to identify revenue opportunities, and enhancing financial decision-making for effective sales growth. Additionally, the role involves strengthening risk management and compliance by proactively addressing regulatory requirements with continuous monitoring.

Your Impact

As an AI Business Architect, you are a driving force behind ground-breaking change within the Finance organization. By identifying and implementing AI-powered solutions that address critical business challenges, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical feasibility. This ensures that AI initiatives deliver tangible value and align with the overall Finance Transformation Strategy, ultimately giving to the evolution of Finance operations by using AI to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.

Your Role

 AI Strategy Roadmap Development:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the organizations AI strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
• Prioritize AI use cases with the highest potential ROI and develop implementation roadmaps.

Stakeholder Management Communication

• Effectively convey AI value propositions to diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners across the Finance organization.

Business Process Solution Design

• Analyze business processes to identify AI-driven improvement opportunities.
• Design and architect scalable, cost-effective AI solutions including data pipelines, model selection and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Innovation Leadership

• Stay abreast of AI advancements and recommend innovative solutions for their potential applications within the Finance domain.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in the implementation of AI initiatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Serve as the key point of contact for AI-related initiatives, leading cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business partners.

Project Management Delivery

• Oversee the implementation of AI projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop frameworks for measuring the effectiveness and value of AI solutions implemented within the business.
• Facilitate organizational change, guiding teams through the adoption of AI technologies and ensuring smooth transitions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus. Over 7 years in business architecture or strategy consulting with 3+ years in AI implementation.
• Validated leader in AI initiatives with measurable business improvements; strong in business process transformation, especially in finance and other industries like healthcare and retail.
• Expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, NLP, and data analytics, with understanding of SDLC and AI/ML project lifecycle.
• Knowledgeable in data landscapes, including types, storage, ETL processes, governance, and familiar with AI development frameworks, cloud platforms, and enterprise software integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, deep eye for business, and tried collaboration abilities in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in agile team environments; relevant certifications are beneficial.
• AI-related certifications are advantageous.
