Product and Technology Lead

We're hiring a Product & Technology Lead, as we build the next phase of the company around a smarter, tech-enabled customer experience.

About the role :

We're looking for young, high-potential talent - freshers with strong relevant exposure or someone with 1-3 years of experience who has the curiosity, product thinking and hands-on mindset to build from the ground up.

You'll work closely with the founder and senior leadership to understand real user needs, improve an application that is already being used by our team, and translate business requirements into product experiences.

What we're looking for:

• Freshers with relevant internships, academic projects, startup exposure or hands-on product work are welcome
• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in product, technology, UI/UX, analytics or implementation are equally welcome
• Structured thinking and the ability to turn conversations into clear requirements and user flows
• A practical understanding of user research, wireframes, testing, analytics and iteration
• Comfort working closely with the Founder and senior leadership, engaging with internal users and coordinating with the implementation partner(s)
• Curiosity, initiative, follow-through and a genuine enthusiasm for building

Bonus points:

• Exposure to marketplaces, B2B2C products, workflow tools or service-led businesses
• Familiarity with Figma, prototyping, analytics or product-management tools
• Practical exposure to AI, LLMs, automation, low-code or no-code tools
• Experience coordinating with a technology or implementation partner
