Role - Product Analytics Consultant

Experience: 59 years

Location - Bangalore

Required Skills - SQL, AB Testing experimentation expertise

Domain - Retail/e-commerce/Online Retailing/Online Shopping/Digital Commerce/E-tailing

In this role, you will:

1. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product, marketing, digital, e-commerce, and customer teams to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements at Fortune 100 Retailers

2. Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and understand the underlying business problems. Serve as the bridge between business needs and analytical solutions.

3. Collaboratively work with leadership and SMEs to create innovative solutions for business challenges. Utilize your understanding of retail data and analytics to drive decision-making.

4. Proven expertise in leveraging customer, product, orders, digital clickstream, merchandising, and marketing data to provide effective solutions.

5. Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques such as segmentation/clustering, AB testing, recommendation engines, propensity models, etc. to drive growth throughout the customer lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills:

Hold a BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

59 years of experience in analytics across retail, e-commerce, customer/marketing, product, or digital analytics

Strong expertise in measuring campaign effectiveness, driving test-and-learn programs, and executing A/B testing

Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau for data extraction, analysis, and visualization

Proven problem-solving and organizational skills to navigate ambiguity and manage complex projects end-to-end

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into clear and compelling narratives for stakeholders a clear and impactful manner.
