About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Chatbot Developer with 35 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying conversational chatbots. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with chatbot platforms, integration capabilities, and a basic understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing).
What you'll be responsible for:
- Build and deploy chatbots on platforms such as WhatsApp, Web, Messenger, etc.
- Design conversational flows, intents, and response logic.
- Collaborate with business and product teams to gather requirements and convert them into conversational workflows.
- Integrate chatbots with internal and third-party APIs (REST, Webhooks).
- Test, debug, and optimize chatbot performance and conversational accuracy.
- Develop analytics tracking to measure chatbot effectiveness (FRT, resolution, drop-offs).
- Maintain and improve NLP models, entity extraction, and training data sets.
- Prepare documentation for chatbot processes, logic, and configurations.
What you'd have:
- 35 years of hands-on experience in chatbot creation and deployment.
- Experience creating chatbots
- Understanding of intent classification, entities, fallback logic, and NLP workflows.
- Experience with API integrations, JSON, and webhook development.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API (nice-to-have).
- Ability to structure conversation flows and UI/UX for chat interactions.
- Basic understanding of databases (MongoDB, MySQL, Firebase, etc.).
