Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily UPI transaction performance, success ratios, failures & drop-off patterns
Analyse UPI transactions and identify root causes for failures (TPAP, PSP, Issuing Bank, Acquirer)
Prepare daily / weekly MIS reports & dashboards for management
Analyse refunds, payment reversals, chargebacks & UPI complaints
Analyze UPI transactions to identify root causes for failures (TPAP, PSP, Issuing Bank, Acquirer).
Categorize users within the UPI growth funnel and analyze their behavior at each stage.
Prepare daily / weekly MIS reports & dashboards for management.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Product and Engineering teams to prioritize featuredevelopment and bug fixes
Identify opportunities for A/B testing to optimize UPI user experience and conversion.
Collaborate with marketing teams to understand user acquisition channels and their impact on UPI adoption
Develop and maintain monitoring tools and dashboards for real-time tracking of key UPI metrics
Skills & Qualifications Required:
1 to 3 years of experience, Payments / Fintech / UPI domain will be a plus
Strong understanding of UPI ecosystem TPAP, PSP, issuer, acquiring flows
Good analytical mindset & problem solving with data
Strong experience in App/Mobile Analytics across Android and iOS platforms is preferred
Experience with dashboards / visualization tools/ SQL / Excel preferred
Comfortable working with banking partners & external stakeholders
Knowledge of settlement / reconciliation cycle will be an advantage
