Product Analyst

About the role

We're a clean-tech startup in Kochi. We need someone who can sit with a messy business process, figure out where it breaks, and help turn that into clear requirements and a working system. This is hands-on work with real operators (not a Jira-ticket factory or working with client side PMs).

For the right person, this role can grow into product ownership. We're small, so you'll see the full loop: talk to people, map the work, propose the fix, and help ship it.

What you'll do

• Map existing processes end to end with the people who run them
• Run gap analysis: where work breaks down, creates rework, or no longer matches how the business operates
• Turn that into clear, structured requirements
• Shape open-ended problems into scoped pieces of work
• Partner with builders and stakeholders through build, UAT, and go-live

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years in business analysis, process analysis, operations analysis, or similar
• Strong process-mapping and structured gap-analysis skills
• Good at interviewing stakeholders and writing requirements people can actually use
• Comfortable with ambiguity and owning follow-through
• Fluent in Malayalam (speaking/understanding) and proficient in English (writing as well)
• Based in / willing to work from Kochi, Kerala

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM, workflow, or business process tools
• Experience working with Zoho CRM

What this is not

• Purely writing user stories / BRDs in an offshore delivery chain
• A senior Product Manager seat with a large product org
