Role Overview :
The Product Analyst will play a pivotal role at the intersection of domain expertise and product
development within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) space. The role involves
deep collaboration with internal product and engineering teams, as well as direct engagement with
external clients and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong AEC domain
knowledge, hands-on experience with BIM tools, and the ability to translate real-world workflows into actionable product insights.
Key Responsibilities :
• Gather, analyze, and document product requirements related to town planning, building
byelaws, structural plans, and AEC workflows.
• Act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and the product/engineering team,
driving requirement clarity and ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder relationships proactively, including coordinating with external clients and
internal cross-functional teams to gather feedback, resolve conflicts, and communicate product
decisions.
• Work with BIM tools (Revit, Autodesk ecosystem, IFC-based workflows) to understand,
validate, and contribute to BIM-integrated product features.
• Interpret and validate architectural drawings using AutoCAD and CAD tools; ensure product
solutions align with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Support and enhance BIM-based workflows; contribute to digital transformation initiatives in
the AEC domain.
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for product enhancement.
• Assist in product documentation, testing, and validation processes to ensure quality and
compliance.
Required Qualifications :
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) from a reputed university.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification from a premier institute is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a hands-on AEC
domain role.
Must-Have Skills :
• Strong understanding of Town Planning, Building Byelaws, and Structural/Architectural
Documentation.
• Hands-on proficiency with BIM tools, particularly Revit, Autodesk ecosystem products, and IFC
standards.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and CAD-based workflows for drawing interpretation and validation.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management ability, comfortable coordinating with multiple teams
and client-facing stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills :
• Understanding of AEC digital transformation and emerging PropTech/ConTech trends.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
