Job Title: Product Analyst, Seller Operations

Location: Gurgaon, India

As a Product Analyst, you will focus on improving seller-facing processes by analyzing data, identifying operational gaps, and driving product enhancements. The role involves tracking key seller performance metrics, translating business needs into product requirements, and collaborating with tech, operations, and business teams. The analyst will ensure scalable, efficient solutions that enhance seller experience while supporting overall marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Analyze seller lifecycle, onboarding, performance, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Define, track, and report KPIs and OKRs for Seller Operations.
  • Partner with Product Managers to support feature discovery, prioritization, and impact analysis.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on seller issues such as activation, fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and SLA breaches.
  • Build dashboards and self-serve reports for stakeholders using BI tools.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions to improve seller experience and efficiency.
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments for seller-facing product initiatives.
  • Work with Tech and Ops teams to ensure data accuracy, instrumentation, and tracking.
  • Support leadership with insights, business cases, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • 46 years of experience as a Product Analyst / Business Analyst / Data Analyst, preferably in Seller Ops, Marketplace, or E-commerce.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, subqueries, performance optimization).
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset, etc.).
  • Good understanding of product analytics frameworks (funnels, cohorts, retention, conversion).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Ops teams.
