The Commercial Enablement team within Planning Solutions serves as an innovative bridge between product and commercial teams, delivering first-in-class intelligence to our clients. As a new, forward-thinking team, we leverage the latest AI tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our work, ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry innovation.
Responsibilities And Impact
- Manage and maintain critical business reporting deliverables, including PowerBI dashboards for Revenue KPIs and Pricing Analysis, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to drive data-driven decision making
- Own weekly maintenance and enhancement of forecast Excel models, incorporating current data and business changes to support strategic planning and budgeting initiatives
- Update and optimize recurring analytical reports and files, implementing required changes and low-frequency developments to keep reporting aligned with evolving business needs
- Conduct comprehensive product performance analysis and create ad hoc reports, developing repeatable and automated information solutions for upper management to support strategic decision-making
- Perform monthly matching exercises between various data sources to maintain internal pricing tool accuracy and contribute to process automation initiatives
- Support product managers with product code creation and change requests, coordinating submissions to relevant teams and ensuring proper documentation
- Publish and manage internal content on front end platforms using company tools, ensuring communications are timely, professional, and meet internal standards
- Support customer segmentation initiatives by conducting secondary research to identify and classify unassigned customer segments, improving data quality for enhanced targeting and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions that support commercial decision-making
What We're Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or reporting roles with hands-on experience in business intelligence tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and financial forecasting techniques
- Strong experience with PowerBI for dashboard creation, data visualization, and report development and maintenance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in complex data environments
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with product managers, commercial teams, and upper management stakeholders.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from multiple database sources
- Experience with data automation tools and process improvement initiatives
- Background in financial services, data business, or information services industry
- Knowledge of pricing models, revenue analysis, and customer segmentation methodologies
