What are we building:

We are developing a platform which will help our field operations team to effectively manage their task, capture cultivation logs from million plus hectares of paddy fields, effectively manage the supply chain of agri-inputs and aggregate third party services required during the lifecycle of paddy fields.

The Current tech stack includes React Native for mobile applications, ReactJs for web app powered by Rest APIs developed with JAVA using Spring and Hibernate.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Product Analyst with strong analytical skills and excellent business understanding to support product decisions across the Rize.Farm ecosystem. You will work closely with Tech, Operations, Finance and Leadership to deliver insights that drive product strategy, feature adoption, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries.
• Build and maintain dashboards for product, business, and leadership teams.
• Conduct cohort analyses, segmentation, root-cause analysis, and anomaly detection.
• Define and monitor KPIs/metrics for product features, user adoption, and overall business.
• Automate recurring reports and alerting.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, and Finance teams to understand needs and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Hands-on dashboarding experience in one or more platforms.
• Solid understanding of product analytics, funnels, KPI tracking and cohort analysis.
• Knowledge of at least one automation tool such as appscript, python etc.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in Agritech, or Fintech domains.
