Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and market needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
Product Development:
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and specifications.
Roadmap Management:
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business objectives, customer feedback and market trends.
Performance Monitoring:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular product performance reviews and present findings to senior management.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals, priorities, and timelines.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to drive product success.
Customer Focus:
- Gather and analyse customer feedback and insights to continuously improve the product.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the user experience and increase customer satisfaction.
Market Trends and Innovation:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in product management within the financial services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or business. MBA is a plus.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from inception to market.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to drive results.
- Solid data analysis skills and willingness to do hands-on analysis and data pulls.
- Experience with market research, user testing, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, or similar platforms.
