Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for driving product excellence through deep analysis, iterative improvements, UI issue tracking, and end-to-end QA/QC processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and clients to ensure a high-quality platform experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Analysis & Iterative Improvements
Conduct monthly product analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and feature enhancements.
Provide insights based on data trends, user behavior, and performance metrics.
Drive iterative improvements across the platform based on analytical findings.
Client Interaction & Issue Handling
Serve as a point of contact for client-reported issues and feedback.
Investigate client concerns and provide actionable reports to internal teams.
Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of client-side problems.
UI Issue Tracking
Track and document UI/UX issues across different platform modules.
Prioritize and escalate critical UI problems to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure a seamless user experience by continuously monitoring and reporting UI bugs.
Comprehensive QA/QC Processes
Lead QA/QC initiatives across the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Identify, report, and track QA/QC errors raised by clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with development teams to test fixes and validate issue resolution.
Project Coordination
Participate in regular project calls related to ongoing initiatives and implementations.
Communicate project statuses, blockers, and progress updates effectively.
Maintain documentation for QA/QC procedures, analysis outcomes, and test cases.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with QA/QC frameworks and processes in a product environment.
Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in cross-functional team settings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with UI tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Prior experience in a SaaS or tech-driven product environment.
