Product Analyst

This is for a Product Analyst role, someone who is adept with SQL, thinks in business outcomes, and is great with stakeholders.

This role is for someone who enjoys solving business problems with data and wants their analysis to influence decisions across product, marketing, operations, and finance.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain the data infrastructure that powers business reporting
• Analyse user behaviour, funnels, cohorts, and product performance to uncover growth opportunities
• Partner with Product, Retail, Logistics, and Finance teams to solve business problems using data
• Conduct root cause and impact analyses to measure the success of new features and initiatives
• Build dashboards and reports that help stakeholders make faster, data-backed decisions
• Improve data quality, instrumentation, and reporting across the product ecosystem

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years in Product Analytics or Product Data Analytics
• B.Tech from Top Ranked Colleges - IIT, NIT, DTU, Thapar
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL (Python is a plus)
• Experience with BigQuery/MySQL and modern BI tools like Tableau, Superset, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
• Comfortable working with product events, user journeys, and clickstream data
• Experience measuring experiments, A/B tests, and product performance is a plus
