We're looking for a Product Analyst who is passionate about solving real customer problems through insights, experimentation, and measurable impact.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst who will handle user/product issues using a data-driven approach. This role works closely with Business, Product, and Engineering teams and is not a ticket-closing support role.
Responsibilities
- Investigate production/user issues using SQL and system data
- Identify root causes (bug, data issue, or process gap)
- Work with engineers to reproduce and resolve problems
- Write Python scripts for data fixes and automation
- Analyse logs/APIs and trace user journeys across systems
- Identify recurring issues and recommend product improvements
- Perform ad-hoc analysis for business/product problem statements
- Create basic documentation and runbooks
Requirements
- 25 years in Product Analyst/ Application Support / Product Support
- Strong SQL (joins, aggregations, window functions)
- Working knowledge of Python (scripting/pandas)
- Analytical mindset and debugging ability
- Familiarity with APIs, JIRA/Postman, and basic Linux
- Retail/e-commerce/supply chain exposure is a plus
