Role Description
We're looking for a growth-focused, highly analytical operator who can deeply understand customer journeys and improve conversion across our key funnels. You'll own funnel measurement, experimentation, and insight generation across web and marketing channels - turning data into clear actions that move metrics.
Stipend : 20-30K/Month
What You'll do
- Own funnel and journey analysis across acquisition activation conversion retention.
- Build and maintain dashboards/analysis using tools like Mixpanel, MoEngage, GA (or equivalent).
- Run A/B tests end-to-end: hypothesis setup monitoring analysis rollout recommendations.
- Identify what's working vs. what's not (drop-offs, friction points, message gaps) and propose fixes.
- Perform deeper analysis using SQL and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) to answer business questions quickly.
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, design, marketing, ops) to implement improvements and measure impact.
- Understand and evaluate attribution across channels (paid, organic, referrals, WhatsApp, offline/store, etc.).
- Use AI tools to accelerate planning, insight generation, creative iteration, and contextual problem-solving.
What We're looking for
- Strong understanding of funnels, customer journeys, conversion drivers, and behavioral analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel and MoEngage (or similar event + lifecycle tools).
- Solid experimentation mindset (A/B testing fundamentals, statistical thinking, clean interpretations).
- Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills (must-have).
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems, form hypotheses, and go deep until the why is clear.
- Bonus: design familiarity (Figma/Canva) to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate better with design.
