Job Summary
We are seeking a talented
UX Designer with experience in designing SaaS products to create intuitive, user-centric experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of UX best practices, expertise in
Figma, and the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the usability and engagement of our SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine user experiences for our SaaS product, ensuring simplicity and usability.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and workflows to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions.
- Ensure a consistent design system across the platform.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the UX.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably for SaaS products.
- Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, design systems).
- Research & Testing: Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and data-driven design improvements.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with developers to ensure smooth design handoff.
- Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to simplify complex workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS products is a plus.
