About the Role

What We're Looking For

Responsibilities

• Comfortable writing SQL, joins, aggregations, window functions; BigQuery experience is a plus but not required if you're a fast learner
• Some exposure to Metabase or a similar BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Mode), or genuine willingness to pick it up quickly
• A good eye for data: you notice when a number looks off before someone tells you, and you dig into why rather than just reporting what
• Structured thinking, able to break a vague question into a testable analysis plan
• Basic Python or scripting ability is a plus
• Clear written communication, you can explain a finding to someone who isn't technical
• Interest in eventually growing into a product role

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with subscription-based or recurring-revenue data
• Familiarity with GA4, CleverTap, or similar analytics/CRM tools
• Basic understanding of payment systems
