As a Product Analyst, you will work at the intersection of Product, Data, AI and Learning. You will contribute to the training, evaluation and improvement of AI models that power learning and assessment experiences, while using product and learner insights to identify opportunities and drive better product decisions.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, understanding user behaviour and translating insights into impactful product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on the training, evaluation and improvement of AI models that power learning and assessment experiences across higher education and enterprise learning.
• Partner with business, academic and technology teams to identify product opportunities and define clear problem statements.
• Analyse product usage data, learner behaviour and engagement metrics to uncover insights and guide product decisions.
• Work closely with Product Managers to prioritize features, define success metrics and track outcomes for ongoing and new initiatives.
• Conduct structured research, competitive benchmarking and user feedback analysis to identify improvement areas in the learning experience.
• Support end-to-end execution of pilot launches, A/B testing and post-launch analysis for new features or program modules.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate product performance, trends and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Content and Design teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality learner experiences.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable product insights.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
• Strong understanding of product metrics, data analysis and experimentation.
• Ability to analyse user behaviour and product data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Strong interest in AI/ML, LLMs and AI-powered products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• High ownership, curiosity and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and cross-functional environment.

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI/ML model evaluation, LLMs or Generative AI.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude or Google Analytics.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation or user research.
• Basic understanding of Python or other analytical/programming tools.
• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, consumer technology or enterprise learning.
