About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven and execution-oriented Product & Growth Analyst to drive product growth, user engagement, and marketing effectiveness. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Growth, Marketing Operations, and Analytics, and will play a key role in optimizing funnels, improving campaign performance, and enabling data-backed decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and has hands-on exposure to marketing operations, campaign analysis, experimentation, and user lifecycle metrics
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Growth Analytics- Analyze user behavior, funnels, retention, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Track and monitor key product KPIs such as activation, engagement, retention, churn, and monetization.
- Build dashboards and automated reports for product and growth metrics.
- Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and segmentation to improve user acquisition and lifecycle performance.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives with data analysis and actionable insights.
- Work closely with Product and Growth teams to evaluate feature and campaign performance.
Marketing Operations- Execute and manage CRM and user communication journeys across channels such as push notifications, WhatsApp, email, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR, conversions, delivery rates, and engagement.
- Work with Marketing and Product teams to improve targeting, personalization, and communication effectiveness.
- Ensure proper campaign tracking, event instrumentation, and reporting accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and operational workflows.
Cross-functional Collaboration- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to solve growth and engagement challenges.
- Translate business requirements into analytical insights and recommendations.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–4 years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL is a must.
- Comfort working with large datasets and analytical problem-solving.
- Understanding of product and growth metrics such as retention, funnels, CTR, conversion, engagement, and churn.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase.
- Familiarity with CRM or engagement platforms such as Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Good to Have- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Exposure to Python, automation workflows, or basic statistical analysis.
- Experience working with consumer internet, fintech, subscription, or mobile-first products.
- Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Exposure to data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
