Job Description
Location: Canada & Australia
Experience: 5-15
Salary:- 34LPA - 42LPA
- Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet production targets.
- Ensure production schedules are completed on time and according to customer requirements.
- Supervise production staff and allocate work effectively among team members.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and other resources.
- Monitor production costs and take measures to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
- Train, guide, and motivate production employees to improve productivity and performance.
- Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with stores/purchase to avoid production delays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
- Support management in achieving productivity, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
