Hiring: Procurement & Vendor Management – Interior Design & Execution

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Vendor Management professional to manage material procurement and build a strong, reliable vendor network for our interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Procure interior materials including laminate, acrylic, plywood/MDF, wood, hardware, glass, tiles, electrical, plumbing, paint, false ceiling materials and other project requirements.
- Source, evaluate and onboard vendors, suppliers and contractors.
- Develop and manage vendors for carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, tile, civil, painting, glass, fabrication and other interior works.
- Negotiate rates, quality, payment terms and timelines with vendors.
- Conduct vendor meetings and maintain strong long-term relationships.
- Monitor vendor quality, delivery, workmanship and performance.
- Maintain vendor database, rate cards and procurement records.
- Coordinate with Design, Project Management, Site and Accounts teams for timely procurement.
- Identify new vendors and continuously expand the company's vendor network.
- Resolve vendor-related quality, commercial and execution issues.

What We're Looking For:

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in procurement/vendor management, preferably in interior design, construction or turnkey projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials and market rates.
- Good existing vendor/contractor network will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to visit markets, vendors and project sites when required.
