Job Summary
Be a part of the Indirect Procurement Operations support team responsible for Supplier Enablement (Vendor Master), Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) processing, and Procurement Support Helpdesk. In this role, you will independently manage standard transactions end-to-end, collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues, and support compliance and process documentation.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and customer/stakeholder service orientation
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow documented policies and procedures (including SOX controls where applicable)
- Ability to manage day-to-day Supplier Enablement, PR-PO processing, and Helpdesk tickets with minimal supervision; escalate non-standard issues appropriately
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT) and external suppliers
- Experience creating/updating process documentation (SOPs, job aids) and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Tools:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) or similar productivity tools
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud ERP Procurement (Vendor Master and procurement modules) is preferred
- Experience using AI tools such as MS Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT or similar to improve productivity is desirable
- Flexibility to work in 2 PM to 11 PM shift
Education
An undergraduate or bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience in procurement operations, shared services, or an operations support environment. Exposure to Oracle Cloud/Fusion Procurement is preferred.
