At BRIGHTBLU, we are scaling our manufacturing operations and are looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our supply chain.

This is not a conventional procurement role.

You will have the opportunity to build the entire supply chain function at BRIGHTBLU from the ground up — including supplier development, strategic sourcing, procurement, material planning, inventory, logistics and supply continuity.

• Build and develop BRIGHTBLU's supplier ecosystem

• Lead strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations

• Develop alternate sources for critical components

• Own material planning and ensure uninterrupted production

• Build inventory and working-capital management systems

• Drive supplier performance across Quality, Cost & Delivery

• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality and Finance

• Drive cost reduction, localisation and VA/VE initiatives

• Build scalable procurement and supply-chain processes and systems

• Develop the supply chain required to support BRIGHTBLU's next phase of growth

• 8–10 years of experience in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing / Supply Chain

• Strong background in Automotive, Automotive Components, Electronics or Electrical Manufacturing

• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills

• Experience with electronic, electrical and mechanical components

• Understanding of MRP, inventory planning and manufacturing supply chains

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Someone who wants to build, take ownership and make things happen

Experience with EVs, EV charging, power electronics, automotive electronics or OEM/Tier-1 suppliers will be an advantage.

You won't be stepping into an established supply-chain machine.

You will build it.

From supplier strategy and sourcing to inventory, logistics and production readiness — you will have the opportunity to design the system, build the team and own the outcome.
