Department: Transmission machining- Hard Heat Treatment
Job Location: Manesar/Gurgaon
Job Title: Procurement & Stores Incharge, SAP/IOTImplementation Engineer, Production process improvement Engineer
Job Role: Procurement, Stores Management (TWMS,SMS),Traceability, IOT, production process improvement. SAPImplementation ( Production Planning and Extended warehouse management modules).
Reporting To Department head
Level in the organization: AM/DM
Educational Qualification BE/B-Tech
Graduation (With Specialization): Mechanical/Automobile
(Certification / Diploma etc.): Mechanical/Automobile
Work Experience (Years) in treasury activities. Minimum: 4 Yrs.
Maximum: 6Yrs.
Job Responsibilities
For procurement and store management .
a)Stores management, planning, ordering and receiving of tools and consumable for department, control and monitoring of stock level in SMS and TWMS .
b) Procurement ringi's initiation, participation in ARC activities for tools, monitoringand control of stores receiving's and issuance.
c) Budget planning, monitoring and budget utilization.
d)Cost reduction activities to reduce consumables and tooling cost.
e) Wear part local development with tool room, with objective ofoptimum quality and cost .
f) Inventory monitoring and reconciliation.
g) Follow-up of ordered items and timely payment to suppliers and contactors.
For SAP, Traceability and Digitizationproject implementation.
a) SAP- Production planning and Extended Warehouse Management Modulesimplementation.
b) Traceability and IOT projects implementation .
Training facilitation to shop supervisors for SAP and Traceability projects
Competencies / Skills Technical/ Functional:
For Procurement and stores-
a)Experience in procurement and store function , good knowledge of MSIL procurement guidelines.
b) Experience in SAP Ariba and Hana procurement tools, also experience in RFQ floating and negotiation with suppliers.
c) Working experience on SMS and TWMS system for consumable and tools management.
d) Workingexperience on CL04system for releasing PO, Stores receipts and payment.
For Production line in-charge
a )Experience in gear and shaft machining manufacturing .
b) Hands on working on grinding machines ,CNC lathes, gear checker machines , Distortion correction machines.
c) Part programming on CNC machine , work setup , grinding process improvement and troubleshooting.
d) Knowledge of cycle time study, efficiency and loss time analysis
e) Experience of abnormality handling, QC tools, rejection reduction by process improvement.
f)Knowledge of quality systems ( ISO-9001),safety and Environment standards (ISO-14001).
g) Production planning and inventory control, setup change and tool change management.
For Implementation of Digital and SAP projects.
a)Experience in handling IT/SAP( PP/EWM)/DIGITAL projects .
b)Planning, conceptualizing & implementation of IOT andSAP (PP & EWM module).
c)Project implementationexperience of Power BI tool.
