About The Role
We are seeking a
Procurement Specialist to support purchasing and financial operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, onsite role well-suited for candidates with experience in procurement, accounting, or a combination of both who are comfortable working with data, invoices, and operational teams.
What You'll Do
- Support procurement and purchasing activities, including tracking purchase orders
- Review, process, and reconcile invoices
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Maintain and analyze data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Support reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day operational needs
- Partner closely with onsite teams and vendors
What We're Looking For
- Background in procurement and/or accounting
- Strong experience with invoices, AP/AR, and general accounting processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Taylor, TX
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
