Position: Procurement Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$60$100/hour
Commitment:1020+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Outline and explain full supply chain and logistics workflows from procurement through delivery.
- Break down typical analyses and planning processes.
- Provide guidance on communications, disruption scenarios, and other day-to-day elements of supply chain functions.
- Collaborate with project teams to contextualize supply chain challenges and solutions.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project needs.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related fields.
- Background in industries such as Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, and Automotive.
- Proven ability to analyze and explain complex workflows clearly and effectively.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, logistics operations, procurement, and vendor negotiation.
- Close familiarity with tooling and documentation leveraged in supply chain departments.
