Expeditor – Solar / RE Projects

Key Responsibilities
- Represent RRPL and its subsidiaries as Developer/Owner at vendor factories and manufacturing units.
- Monitor daily manufacturing and inspection activities against approved project schedules.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, manufacturers and project teams to ensure timely material delivery.
- Closely track Solar, BESS and Substation equipment/materials from manufacturing through dispatch.
- Identify delays, bottlenecks and critical delivery risks and proactively expedite them.
- Follow up with vendors on production status, inspection, testing, documentation and dispatch schedules.
- Prepare regular progress and expediting reports for the Project Manager and Head – Projects.
- Escalate critical deviations and delivery risks to the concerned stakeholders.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, engineering, procurement and logistics teams wherever required.
Mandatory Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Solar / Renewable Energy projects.
- Experience in vendor expediting / material expediting / project coordination.
- Exposure to manufacturing units, vendor factories or equipment suppliers.
- Knowledge of project schedules, material tracking and delivery monitoring.
- Exposure to Solar, BESS, Substation or electrical equipment will be highly relevant.
- Good coordination, follow-up and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to vendor/manufacturing locations as required.
