Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute sourcing strategies for CAPEX and OPEX categories.

● Lead end-to-end procurement activities including vendor identification, RFQ/RFP management, techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract finalization.

● Establish and manage rate contracts for recurring procurement categories across multiple locations.

● Conduct market benchmarking and cost analysis to ensure competitive pricing and value delivery.

● Support procurement requirements for new store launches, office expansions, renovations, and facility upgrades.

● Ensure timely procurement support to meet project timelines and business expansion plans.

● Develop and maintain a strong vendor network across regions.

● Evaluate vendor capabilities, performance, compliance, and commercial competitiveness.

● Negotiate commercial terms, payment terms, warranties, service levels, and contract conditions. ● Manage contract renewals, amendments, and vendor performance reviews.

● Drive annual cost savings initiatives through strategic sourcing and vendor consolidation.

● Perform should-cost analysis, benchmarking, and commercial evaluations.

● Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and spend optimization.

● Support budgeting exercises and procurement planning for CAPEX and OPEX spends.

● Collaborate closely with Facilities, Projects, Store Development, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.

● Ensure procurement activities are aligned with business objectives and project schedules

● Ensure adherence to procurement policies, approval matrices, and contracting standards.

● Maintain complete documentation of sourcing events, contracts, and commercial negotiations.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.

● 4–8 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in Retail, Workspace, Real Estate, Co-working, Construction, or Facility Management industries.

● Proven experience handling both CAPEX and OPEX procurement categories.

● Strong experience in vendor negotiations, commercial evaluations, and contract management.

● Experience managing multi-city procurement requirements and vendor ecosystems.

● Good understanding of construction, fit-out, facility, and infrastructure procurement
