Job Description

Experienced Procurement Specialist responsible for managing end-to-end operational procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing and procurement of direct materials to support business operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) from creation through closure.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement requirements are fulfilled efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Handling supplier contracts, including contract administration, renewals, compliance, and documentation.
  • Managing vendor relationships, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and supplier evaluations.
  • Ensuring adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Tracking order status, deliveries, and supplier commitments to ensure business continuity.
  • Supporting cost optimization initiatives, supplier negotiations, and process improvement projects.
  • Maintaining procurement records, reports, and procurement-related KPIs.
