About Role: Responsible to manage Purchase for IT and Infosec department
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant professional discipline (at least)
- MBA (or equivalent) preferred
Experience: 4 plus years of Work Experience in Purchase Department specially in the filed of IT and Infosec related Purchase transactions.
Area of Responsibility:
- Hands on experience of IT & Infosec purchase in ITES Company eg Software, Hardware, Networking, Security, Services etc.
- Can keep pace and handle high volume of Purchase Requisition.
- Demonstrate Negotiation Skills, Vendor Contract Management, Audit and Compliance Documentation.
- Command on English communication ie writing and speaking.
- Good knowledge of entire P2P cycle and process and SAP ERP
- Very good understanding of Company business and Procurement Policy
- Ability to understand current issues and expectations and to align jobs with the same
Expertise Areas / Competencies / Job Requirement
- Specialized knowledge and independent handling of Purchase of IT (Infra & Business) and Infosec
- Vendor Negotiation, Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management
- Good Negotiation skills to put forth Company objectives and ensure mutuality of interests
- Inter-personal skills to facilitate inter-departmental working
- Good Knowledge of ISO Compliance and IFC controls in the area of responsibility
- Good Knowledge of working SAP as ERP.
- Creativity and communication skills to facilitate working of systems
