Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Procurement/Sourcing executive with an Electrical & Electronics background. The Procurement/Sourcing executive will be responsible for purchasing activities including finding suppliers, sourcing, getting and comparing quotes, negotiating prices, placing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining vendor records, supporting inventory needs and ensuring timely supply of materials.

Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry Preference: Electric Vehicle (EV), Manufacturing (Electrical / Electronics), or Related Industries
Qualifications
- Identify and source suppliers for materials, components, equipment, and services.
- Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate with vendors to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Create and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand procurement requirements and timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.
- Track orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve supply-related issues.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
- Support inventory planning and stock replenishment activities.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
- Expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess costs and optimize resources
- Familiarity with electrical and electronic components is preferred
- Proficiency in industry-standard procurement tools and software
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in the EV or renewable energy sector is a plus
